Exclusive License Tender for the Transfer of the Technology of “Protective Lozenge/Chewable Tablet Against SARS-CoV-2 Virus” Developed by TÜBİTAK!

The licensing of the technology transfer of the “Protective Lozenge/Chewable Tablet Against SARS-CoV-2 Virus” developed by TÜBİTAK for a period of 7 (seven) years will be carried out by “Negotiation Procedure” according to Article 25 of the Regulation on the Management of Movable and Immovable Properties of TÜBİTAK.
In this context;
- The tender will be held with the condition of receiving a down payment of at least 600,000.00 TL (six hundred thousand Turkish Lira) as the technology transfer fee,
- An exclusive license will be granted to the winning company for a period of 7 (seven) years in the countries specified by the licensee under the specified procedures, conditions, and scope,
- It is aimed to establish the right to use the TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) logo on the labels/packaging of the products and other promotional activities free of charge through a simple license within the scope of the license agreement for the "Protective Lozenge/Chewable Tablet Against SARS-CoV-2 Virus" technology to the licensed company.
